Immerse it in hot water until it softens, press it to the thickness you want, then mold it directly onto your own upper or lower teeth. Let it cool, and it holds that exact shape until you decide to reheat and remold it again.

The result is a lip protector so thin and precise it seems to disappear: as little as 0.1mm (0.0039″) thick, non-slip, and comfortable enough to speak through without noticing it’s there. How to make thinner OmniGuard:

OMNIGUARD CAN BE AS THIN AS 0.1MM (0.0039INCH)

1. To make it thinner, melt with hot water.
2. Put on a flat surface and press it to the thickness you want.
3. Let it cool down and melt it again with hot water.
4. Mold on your teeth while the film touches teeth.
5. If anything goes wrong, simply try again.
